Terence V. Pavlic, CFA
Terry Pavlic founded Pavlic Investment Advisors in 1997. He has over 37 years of investment management experience, including as a Vice President of a trust company, a Mutual Fund Portfolio Manager and an Industry Analyst covering banking, insurance, credit-card issuers, railroads, airlines, truckers and consumer goods companies.
He received his BS in Finance from Marquette University in 1982, his MBA in Finance from DePaul University in 1984, and his CFA Designation in 1987. He was a lecturer in the business school at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He was a past president of the CFA Society of Milwaukee, past chair of the Financial Analysts Federation and a past member of the CFA Institute’s board of governors. He has served on many committees and has earned the Institute’s Certificate of Achievement for 28 consecutive years.

Richard C. Schiller, CFA, CPA
Portfolio Manager & Wealth Advisor
Richard C. Schiller, CFA, CPA, serves as a Portfolio Manager and Wealth Advisor for Pavlic Investment Advisors. In this role, he focuses on investment research and analysis, client asset allocation, business operations, compliance, and client communications. Previously, Dick served as Director and Global Research Analyst with Duff & Phelps Investment Management in Chicago, where he focused on real estate research in the United States. Prior to that, he was an Equity Research Associate at Robert W. Baird, where he provided investment coverage for the office and industrial real estate sectors in the U.S. He also served as a Portfolio Analyst at the private equity firm GTCR and previously as a Senior Associate in Transaction Services at KMPG.
Dick received a BS in Accountancy and a Masters of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dick has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder—the highest standard in security analysis—and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Dick was co-chair of the CFA Society of Chicago’s Communications Advisory Group, where he developed and implemented their first-ever podcast series. Dick is also active in the community as a long-time member and past Chair of the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund Associate Board.
